Your ordering process at a glance
- Order: You order your favorite product directly from The Secret Gallery online store.
- Production location: Our system automatically selects the production location closest to your address, saving time and CO₂.
- Shipping: Posters are printed within Germany and shipped with DHL Germany. Framed posters come from the Netherlands and are delivered via DHL NL.
- Tracking: After shipping, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number. This way, you will always know where your package is.
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and sustainably as possible. Where possible, regional printing, short routes, and a transparent shipping process make it possible.
