What type of paper do you use for your posters?
Our posters are printed on 200gsm premium paper with a matte finish. High-quality, durable, and color-intense.
Are custom sizes available?
You can find our standard sizes in the shop. For custom-made items, feel free to contact us at info@thesecretgallery.de.
Can I order posters without frames?
Yes, all posters are available both framed and unframed. You can make your selection directly on the product page.
How long does shipping take?
Unframed posters take approximately 3 to 9 business days (Germany) or 4 to 9 business days (rest of the EU), while framed posters take approximately 7 to 10 or 7 to 13 business days. Strikes, weather conditions, or holidays may cause delays.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We use DHL Germany for posters and DHL Netherlands for framed posters.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, please write to us as soon as possible at info@thesecretgallery.de. We can only accommodate changes before production begins.
How do I properly care for my poster?
Use a soft microfiber cloth and avoid direct sunlight or high humidity. You can find more information in our care guide.
What is the ideal hanging height?
The center of the poster should be approximately 145-150 cm above the floor. If hanging above furniture, we recommend a distance of 15-20 cm.
