Declare your cancellation
Contact us within 1 month of receiving your order by email at info@thesecretgallery.de, use the cancellation form or send a letter.

Return the item
Within 14 days of your cancellation. Upon request, we will send you a return label by email, for which we charge a flat rate of €6.19 and deduct this from the refund.

Pack the item
Use the original packaging if possible. Make sure that nothing gets damaged.
- Use the original shipping roll
- Protect the poster with tissue paper
- Use clean repackaging if necessary

Receive your refund
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, always via the original payment method.

What happens if my poster arrives damaged?
Please send us photos of the damage and the packaging as soon as possible at info@thesecretgallery.de, and we will replace your poster free of charge. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Can I return it without a return label?
Yes. You can also ship it yourself and then bear the shipping costs. With our return label, it costs a flat rate of €6.19.
How long does it take to get my money back?
We will refund you within 14 days at the latest, usually much faster. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few more days for the money to reach your account.
Can I exchange a poster?
Yes. Please return the original poster and indicate which design or size you would like instead.
